SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your order is important to us and we want you to receive it as soon as possible. Please review the shipping options below to help select the best method for your needs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery or need help with your shipping, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com. We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days from time of order confirmation (we do not ship on Sundays, or US holidays.)

**Immediate shipping is ONLY available in the Chicago area at this time. For same day delivery, your order must be received by 12:59pm CST Monday-Friday.
We get it, shopping online isn’t always foolproof. Although we hope you love all your pieces from Good Kids Clothing Co we have a return policy in place in the event you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Only full price items that adhere to the below conditions will be eligible for return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
– Items purchased from Good Kids Clothing Co are eligible for an exchange or refund two weeks from purchase. You can bring them in store or return online.
– All original labels & tags must remain attached
– Item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original resalable condition
– All household items and ride-on toys are final sale
Any returned requests received outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted. Therefore, please take care when trying things on at home. Good Kids Clothing Co reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item(s) to sender without refunding when necessary. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal or Bitcoin; therefore, any qualifying returns of that nature can only be in exchange for store credit.
